Attorney David M. Kaplan graduated received his Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communications in 1998 from Temple University. Mr. Kaplan received his Juris Doctorate in law in 2002 from The Temple Beasley University School of Law. Mr. Kaplan founded Affordable Legal Center, LLC to provide clients with affordably priced professional legal services. Mr. Kaplan is committed to intergrity and respect for his clients.
